Two fully cooked sausages on shelf next to reach-in preparation cooler noted at 62F (corrected). Food items stored on floor in kitchen. Ice scoop in ice machine stored with handle touching ice. Box of single-service items stored on floor at front counter. Employee beverage consumption noted in food preparation area. Female employee prepping food lacks hair restraint. Bottom of reach-in cooler in kitchen not clean.
